Edmond Chamatt

Edmond has over twenty years of organisational leadership and consulting across the Middle East, Asia and Africa. He has led large scale operations in manufacturing and factory sectors. In this capacity he has led, coached and designed the Business Transformation of numerous organisations in Egypt and the Middle East from the Strategic, Financial and Operational perspectives, leading to sustainable success and international competitiveness. He effectively transformed a prominent government organisation from a bureaucratic government culture to a client focused business-like environment, providing a best in class client experience. He has also contributed to the organisational transformation of a leading Nigerian telecommunications company. Mr. Chamatt has served as the Deputy Head of Corporate Services for the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office in Cairo. He has also served as the Commercial Sales and Administration Director of CEMEX Egypt. Prior to that, Edmond held roles in CEMEX in UAE and Bangladesh. Edmond holds an Executive MBA in International Business from Stanford University, and is a Master Certified user of the Extraordinary Leader 360 tool.
