C. Ross van Horn transforms organisations and individuals through management consulting, executive and life coaching, training, and higher education. He has worked with private sector companies, educational institutions and international governmental clients globally, including in Africa, the Middle East and USA.

As a management consultant and coach, Ross transforms clients in organisational effectiveness, global leadership skills, organisational culture, organisational assessment, strategy, training, knowledge management, and executive coaching. He has served clients in global telecommunications, FMCG’s, quality assurance, construction, banking and financial services, health care, oil and gas, chemicals, NGOs and the United Nations.

In higher education, Ross teaches a Masters course in Global Organizational Dynamics, and has worked with undergraduate students internationally by providing a unique approach to career development and planning.

Ross holds an MA in International Policy from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, where he specialized in international negotiations. He is also certified and/or trained in a range of strategy and organisational applications, including Scenario Development (Global Business Network), Appreciative Inquiry (Case Western Reserve University), International Mediation (Law Faculty of Erasmus University), Executive Coaching (Gestalt International Study Center) and a variety of psychometric self-assessment tools. Ross has recently served Standard Chartered Bank, World Bank, Safaricom, United Nations, Saudi Basic Industries Corporation, and Baker Hughes, among other clients.
